Figment profile with bad sketch

Not a great sketch. I know. He wasn't cooperating. I don't like any of this aside from maybe his ribcage and possibly hips.
Four fingers and a thumb on each on the larger arms, three fingers and a thumb on the smaller ones behind those. Those ears of him are sort of elf-like, and his horns are textured like those of a ram.
Those hips of his are also fairly emaciated, like his ribcage area, and his legs are mostly human-like. His feet are kind of like a dog's, so he's standing on his toes.
He has this long whippy tail, about four-five feet long and two inches or so wide.
His skin is usually grey-ish, kind of varies depending on what he's recently used. Sometimes he'll have swirls of other colors across his skin, and he's taken to adding white patterns now and then.
I apologize for my failness sketch. I may eventually finish and update.

Name: Figment

Age: Somewhere around young adult mentally, only about a year old though.

Height: 5' 7" or somewhere thereabouts.

Weight: Dunno. Fairly dense as goes physical build.

Gender: None. Could potentially take on either gender, or both.

Sexuality: Uh... Not picky. Not sure what you'd call it... No gender on this guy.

Species: Uh- invented creature from someone's imagination, shapeshifter with limits, psychic abilities to some extent.

Origins: Doctor Strange shouldn't get drunk. He somehow managed to forget reality and magic this guy into being.

Abilities: He's an odd thing. He can pull someone's imagination out, as it were- draw this long wide purple band out of the top of their head and fan it out to read stuff. Looks like a sort of holographic computer screen with 3d images. He'll pick through someone's imagination, find something he likes, and grab onto it. He then kind of fits it over himself, taking on some of the aspects of the creature. The less humanoid it is, the more difficult for him to pull off.
For example: Superman in a boy scout uniform? Easy, he can mimic pretty much all of that. Can't fully mimic the strength, but can get stronger and harder to hurt.
Gryphon? Much more difficult. He'll get the feathers and fur, the legs, the tail, the claws, probably the eartufts and maybe some resemblance of a beak.
He can also pick just one piece he likes- like the tail off a dragon or the horns of a golden ram. Or he can decide to take someone's imagined clothes, though those will go 'poof' if damaged. Most of his transformations are physical changes, but his clothes are some sort of energy projection. The guy likes hats, tends to pick 'em out and wear 'em.
His ability is limited to people who are in close range, and it takes some concentration. He can't change based on his own imagination, oddly enough- well, he can change his colors without aid, but that's about it.

General personality: He's fairly laid-back and a little bit cocky, always acts like maybe he's a fraction high on something. Hard to upset the guy or disturb him much, he's relaxed. That up there is my attempt at drawing a cocky grin... His usual look while demonstrating his ability to a startled audience. He's quite proud of how he can get into people's brains and pick stuff out for his own use. Figment can be a little bit overly flirty at times, but he'll back off if someone looks to be really scared or unhappy with him. He tends to confuse people a bit with his flirting, given that he's not really male or female... And when I say 'he', that's because he acts a bit more male than female. You can call Figment a she, won't bother the weird thing at all.
